Using Greek yogurt makes this creamy dressing healthful, using sour cream makes it more indulgent. Its yummy as is, or add fresh herbs for more flavor. I like to use this dressing on crisp lettuces like romaine or iceberg. Add other vegetables you like, such as cubes of avocado and sliced radishes. Makes about ½ cup
3tablespoonschopped fresh herbs, such as cilantro, parley or basil (optional)
Instructions
Combine the mayonnaise, yogurt and lime juice in a small bowl and mix to blend. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix in herbs, if desired. Spoon the dressing over a salad and toss until the salad is evenly coated.
