Kristine Kidd

Kristine Kidd was the food editor at Bon Appetit magazine for 20 years. She now works independently as a food writer, culinary consultant and cooking teacher, inspiring people to cook fresh, simple food. When she discovered she had celiac disease, Kristine turned her attention to creating gluten-free recipes that are so delicious, everyone loves them. On this blog she shares the recipes she cooks at a mountain cabin, and reports on the classes she teaches at a homeless housing program.
